Refund & Return Policy
At Meddent, we are committed to providing premium dental materials and medical supplies. We understand that sometimes products may need to be returned, and we've established a clear refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Product must not be damaged or tampered with
- Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- Products must not be expired or close to expiry date
Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used dental materials
- Custom or special-order items
- Sterilization and infection control products (once opened)
- Disposable items that have been unsealed
- Products on clearance or final sale
- Digital products or downloadable content
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email or call our support team within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization
- Ship Back: Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship to our return address
- Inspection: We'll inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Store Credit: Immediate (optional for faster processing)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping costs
- No need to return the damaged product in most cases
- Replacement will be shipped on priority basis
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
- Request a refund for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired product
- For registered professionals, we can expedite this process
Bulk Order Returns
For bulk or wholesale orders, special return conditions may apply:
- Contact our team before initiating a return
- Restocking fees may apply (typically 15-20%)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Custom packages may have different return terms
