At Meddent, we are committed to providing premium dental materials and medical supplies. We understand that sometimes products may need to be returned, and we've established a clear refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must not be damaged or tampered with
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Products must not be expired or close to expiry date

Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used dental materials
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Sterilization and infection control products (once opened)
  • Disposable items that have been unsealed
  • Products on clearance or final sale
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email or call our support team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization
  4. Ship Back: Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship to our return address
  5. Inspection: We'll inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days
  6. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate (optional for faster processing)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping costs
  • No need to return the damaged product in most cases
  • Replacement will be shipped on priority basis

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

  1. Request a refund for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
  3. For registered professionals, we can expedite this process

Bulk Order Returns

For bulk or wholesale orders, special return conditions may apply:

  • Contact our team before initiating a return
  • Restocking fees may apply (typically 15-20%)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Custom packages may have different return terms
