We ensure that all products—ranging from dental consumables to large dental equipment—are shipped safely, securely, and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- For dental chairs or large machines, processing may take 3–7 business days due to specialized packing and dispatch arrangements.
- Pre-order or customized items may have additional lead times, which will be communicated before dispatch.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
We ship all orders across India using reliable courier and logistic partners.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery times may vary based on courier delays, festivals, weather conditions, strikes, or transport restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees depend on:
- Order weight
- Delivery location
- Product category
General Rules:
- Consumables & small equipment (below 10 kg): Standard courier charges apply.
- Dental Chairs & Heavy Equipment (above 25 kg):
- Shipped via freight or specialized logistics.
- Additional packing, handling & transportation charges may apply and will be shown during checkout or communicated separately.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions, where applicable.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive:
- Email/SMS confirmation
- Tracking ID and courier link
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Delivery & Installation for Dental Chairs
For dental chairs and large equipment:
- Delivery is handled via freight transport.
- Installation and demonstration will be arranged by Meddent.in Service Team upon request (charges may apply depending on location).
- Customers must ensure proper site readiness before installation.
6. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailable customer
- Wrong phone number
The package may be returned to Meddent Traders LLP kochi.
Re-shipping charges will apply.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Shipment
If the package appears damaged or tampered:
- Do NOT accept the package.
- Inform us immediately at the contact details below.
If the package is accepted and damage is discovered later, report it within 24 hours with:
- Photos & videos of the packaging and product
- Order number
Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
For lost shipments, Meddent.in will raise a claim with the courier, and refund/replacement will be processed as per courier resolution.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- International destinations
- Government-restricted or non-serviceable postal codes
- Hazardous or restricted zones (as per courier rules)
Certain heavy or special equipment may require manual approval before dispatch.
9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting customer support.
Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Return policies will apply.
